Ken So - Founder and President

HK was founded by Mr. Ken So in 2003. Mr. So is the founder and president of the company. Mr. So has over 10 years of IT consulting and application development experience. He also brings the business expertise from his MBA in Technology Commercialization at Westminster College in 2006. He is very proficient in J2EE application development. He also holds his bachelor degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in 1996.

Carey Wold - Senior Consultant

Carey Wold has 18 plus years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Facility Security Officer and Contract Negotiations and Implementation. He helped create and managed 3 tribal an 8(a) Tech firm s located in Utah. He was instrumental in building the 8(a) Tribal Business Development Program for the State of Utah which assisted in the generation of Technology based jobs on four Reservations. He helped negotiate over $400 million in IDIQ SBA set-a-side contracts with more than 1 5 different Government Agencies including the Dept of Defense and Department of the Interior. He consults on a regular basis with the State of Utah Department of Business and Economic Development, in fact for 2004; Utah Business Magazine selected him as one of the Top 100 influential people in the State. Under his Management or assistance Tribal 8(a) Technology firms have received Awards from the Small Business Administration, USDA, Dept of Commerce, NACIED, Top 8a company awards from Federal Computer Week, Washington Technology Magazine, Government Computer News Congressional Offices and State Agencies. He graduated from Utah Technical College of Salt Lake City, Utah with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. He has taken training courses in Corporate Financial & Investment Analysis, Federal Contracting, Business Development, and Economic Analysis.

As a consultant for the State of Utah he also hosted the signing of the Air force's initiative to expand contracting to native American owned business in Indian Country. Carey was also honored twice by Utah's Division of Indian Affairs 2001 and 2004. Carey has also been a guest speaker on Government contracting in Indian Country for the State of Utah, SBA, USDA, Native American Chamber, Dept of Interior and the EPA.
